SobeePal

Terms

These terms cover the SobeePal website and the SobeePal iPhone app. SobeePal is a quit tracker for adults. It is peer support, not medical treatment.

Last updated October 16, 2026. SobeePal is operated by Three Three Digital.

Using SobeePal

You can read this website without an account. The app needs an account. You can use the tracker on your own. Pals and huddles are optional.

SobeePal does not provide medical care, detox, or emergency services. If you may be at risk from withdrawal, or you are in crisis, contact a doctor or your local emergency number. In the United States you can call or text 988, or call the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357. More of that note is on the support page.

Your account

You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for the activity on your account. The display name you choose is visible to pals and huddle members you connect with.

You can delete the account in the app. Deletion removes the sign-in and the records stored for that account. The privacy policy describes what that covers.

Other people

Share only what you mean to share. Notes, journal entries, reasons, and craving details stay private. Counts, moods, check-in status, milestones, and, in a huddle, substance names are visible only when you turn those settings on.

Do not use SobeePal to threaten, harass, or expose someone else’s private information. Do not try to break into an account that is not yours. We can suspend an account that is used to harm someone.

The service

SobeePal may change, pause, or stop a feature. The app is not yet listed on the App Store. Download buttons on this website explain that, until a listing exists.

The tracker is offered as it is. It does not promise a health outcome. Day counts and milestones are there to help you keep track, not to rank you against anyone else.
